Privacy policy
This page explains which personal data this website processes, why, for how long and what rights you have. It applies to pavlobabik.com in all language versions.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Pavlo Babik, Poland, NIP 5140367536. Contact for any privacy matter: pasha.rv1234@gmail.com.
Contact form and direct messages
When you send the contact form, I process your name, email address, the type of request, your message and your browser language. The same applies to messages you send by email, Telegram or LinkedIn.
Purpose: replying to you and, if you wish, preparing an offer or a contract. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps at your request before a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (my legitimate interest in answering inquiries).
Form messages are delivered to my email inbox and my Telegram account; their providers process the data as part of delivering it. I keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any cooperation that follows, and as long as the law requires for business records.
Analytics — only with your consent
If you click “Allow analytics”, this site loads Google Analytics 4 (property G-ZP4KT1H423), provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Before that, no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
Google Analytics records pages visited, referring site, approximate location derived from the IP address, device and browser type, and a pseudonymous identifier stored in cookies. Google Signals and advertising features are not used; Consent Mode keeps all advertising signals denied.
Purpose: understanding which pages are useful so the site can be improved. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and the consent required for storing cookies on your device. You can withdraw consent at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer — the analytics cookies are then deleted.
Google may process data in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognizes as providing adequate protection. Analytics data is kept no longer than 14 months.
Cookies and local storage
- pb-consent — your analytics choice; necessary; 180 days.
- pb-theme (local storage) — light or dark theme; necessary; until you clear it.
- _ga and _ga_* — Google Analytics; only after consent; up to 2 years.
Server logs
The web server records technical data for each request: IP address, time, requested address, response status and browser identification. Purpose: operating the site and protecting it against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The contact form also uses the IP address briefly to limit spam. Logs are kept only as long as needed for these purposes.
Fonts and external resources
Fonts are served from this website’s own server. Apart from Google Analytics after consent, pages do not load resources from third-party servers.
Your rights
- access to your data and a copy of it;
- rectification of incorrect data;
- erasure or restriction of processing;
- data portability;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing;
- a complaint to the supervisory authority — in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
